School's Out, Kakak's Out But Mommy's IN!!

Today is the start of June holidays and also the 1st day that Kakak Tati has returned to Indonesia for her 2 weeks' home leave.

And also the start of Mommy's part time Stay-at-home-mom (SAHM) days till Kakak is back on 09 June 08.

On Mommy's 1st day of SAHM, here are pictures of my Breakfast & Lunch for the day: -



(My breakfast combo - wholemeal bread cut into shape of Mickey & Minnie Mouse with kaya spread, cheese chicken cocktials cut into shape of musical instruments)



(My lunch is Udon with diced carrot, finely sliced brussel sprouts and minced meat balls)



(My dinner is steamed rice with minced meat in dark soya sauce and par-boil green pea)


Overall Mommy's cooking skills still acceptable and I am looking forward to more new dishes from Mommy. Thank You, Mommy.
