Today everyone of us went to Shang Palace at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore to have a food tasting before we confirm the 70th birthday bash dinner for Por Por.
Mommy let me tried the Longevity Bun which was the 1st dish to be served and it was yummy.. The bun skin was so soft and the lotus bean paste was just right taste for me - not too sweet.. Since I am still a baby, I did not get to taste the rest of the 8 dishes which looks super yummy and delicious..
I shall tempt all of you here with the proposed dinner menu for Por Por's birthday dinenr: -

After lunch, we went to do a site inspection at Waterfall Terrace and The Pavillion. Almost majority voted for Waterfall Terrace to be the venue for Por Por's birthday dinner cos there is a waterfall scenary just next to the function room.. And it is nearer for the elderly folks to walk from main lobby.
All of us went to The Perfect Wedding discussion room and Por Por personally selected the tableware, crockery and seat covers for the event.
Everything is all set! So we shall wait for 27 Jan 2007 (Sat) to arrive soon then Mommy will buy me new clothes to wear for Por Por's 70th birthday bash!!
